The ever popular fun dog show returns and this year we have one of the country’s leading dog display teams, doggie fashion shows, snakes, spiders, lizards, meerkats, the world of chicken keeping plus lots of stalls. Admission is free (parking charge applies). If you are coming
please bring some pet food to donate and we will distribute this to local animal charities and rescue centres. Full details of the event can be found at www.petsinthepark.info

Award Nomination (Posted May 2013)

Thank you to all our lovely clients who were instrumental in us being nominated for Veterinary Surgery of the Year 2013 in the annual Petplan awards. The awards have been running for 14 years and are referred to as ‘the oscars of the veterinary world’. We are so pleased that you think so much of us to put us forward.

Pets in the Park 2013 (Posted April 2013)

pitp 1We must be mad but we’ve organised another Pets in the Park. This year we are moving the event to a Sunday. The date is Sunday 19th May and the venue is , as usual, Marbury park in Northwich. The dog show will be there, organised by Four Paws Pet Services and this year there will be a display by Carens K9 Dog Display team. The Well Heeled Dog Club are bringing along their Tunnel of Temptation and demonstrating the Kennel Club Dog Good Citizen Scheme. Carens K9 College will also be running a have-a -go agility area. Our big new attraction this year is a travelling zoo provided by Warrington Pets and Exotics. Lee and his team will be bringing along a variety of reptiles and mammals for you to get up close and personal with – his collection includes snakes, spiders, lizards, meerkats, prairie dogs, a tame skunk and much more. Stockley farm are bringing some baby farm animals for you to pet. We have even more stalls coming this year and as usual we have invited all the local animal charities we work with. The fun starts at 11am – see you there!
